New Words

Noah is really trying to say a lot of words. Some of them are clear, some are not. His receptive language is also increasing. (He understands more than he can verbalize.)

Here some words we've heard Noah say: mama, baba, baby, hi, bye-bye, go, nigh-nigh, chip, meow.

Here are some words he says less clearly: uh (up), ba (ball), blank (blanket), mo (more) mo mil (more milk), Ca-re (Claire), ah (on), ah (off), bu (book), ca (cat), wac (quack).

He is attaching more readily to us. Previously, he would pinch when he did not want us near. Now he seems to be pinching when he wants our attention. He has entered a new phase the past couple of days - if he can not see us he screams. Lovely, I know. I'll take it as a positive sign of attachment!
