Advice for me!

I had a meeting with the International Adoption Director from our home study agency this afternoon. Although our adoption experience has been unusually difficult she said she is hopeful that Noah will "grow exponentially" as the newest member of our family. 

Her most important piece of advice for me: "take at least 3o minutes each day to take care of you." She thought that I could begin to leave Noah for very short periods of time (30 minutes say?) with a trusted caregiver with whom he is familiar so that he will begin to learn that Mommy leaves and returns. She said is not a good idea to leave him much longer than that at this point.
