Well, this Friday was different. Noah and I ran an errand and then we spent the rest of the time looking through the windows at all the kids doing gymnastics (yeah, right!), meeting new friends, trying to steal Cheerios from a random stroller, playing in the water fountain, and on it goes. One mom, who has observed us from a distance for the past two months, came to us while Noah was banging on the glass door saying "ge ge" (pronounced guh -guh, "big brother" in Chinese.) In a most genuine manner, she said "He has a lot of personality!" It truly was a nice thing to say about Noah. He certainly does have a lot of personality and I have a feeling things are just starting to get fun!
One more thing - while Noah was playing in the water fountain he discovered if he ran the water long enough it made a nice puddle on top of the drain. He put his hands in the water and splashed and splashed. Once his hands were throughly wet he proceeded to slick down his hair just like he'd been doing it all his life. He looked very dapper! That's personality!
